Goals

The purpose of the College will be the development and improvement of the Air Traffic Controller profession through:

1. To promote and disseminate the principles and responsibilities related to the technical and professional functions of its associates in order to develop the technical improvement of its members; to raise and maintain a high level of knowledge and professional efficiency in Air Traffic Controllers.

2. Promote safety, order and speed in air navigation.

3. Actively participate in the development and improvement of air navigation.

4. Develop relationships and exchange with professionals related to air transport at the national and international level.

5. To protect and safeguard the interests of Air Traffic Control professionals before any national or international authority.

6. To collect and distribute information of professional interest to all its associates.

7. Making suggestions through presentations to the air navigation authorities on technical matters relating to the Air Traffic Controller profession.

8. To participate in national and international activities of groups or associations whose objectives coincide with this Association, and to be able to enter into and sign cooperation agreements with such organizations.

9. To encourage solidarity among its members and promote their well-being, moral, cultural and social advancement; in qualified cases it may even provide assistance to the relatives and direct descendants of its members through loans.
